Brand, operator and scope of this Imprint

Fahrzeugschein24 is a brand and a service of Picsure GmbH; Picsure GmbH operates the service, is your contracting party and the company stated on every invoice. This imprint covers fahrzeugschein24.de including all sub-pages, the web application at app.fahrzeugschein24.de and the interface at api.fahrzeugschein24.de.

PICSURE is a trade mark registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) under number 017313792; “Fahrzeugschein24” is a product brand of Picsure GmbH. Beyond what the law permits, our trade marks and logos may only be used with our prior written consent; third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). Our service is aimed at companies and professional users, so the rules on consumer arbitration generally do not apply to our contracts.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to Section 7(1) of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability in this respect arises only once a specific infringement becomes known to us, and we then remove the content promptly.

Liability for links

Where our website contains links to external sites, we have no influence over their content; responsibility always lies with the respective provider. No unlawful content is apparent when a link is set. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable; if we become aware of legal violations, we remove such links promptly.

Content, texts, graphics and design of these pages are protected by German copyright law. Reproduction, editing and any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our prior written consent.

The illustrations on these pages are our own; we use no stock photography. The depiction of a Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I is our own illustration with invented sample data — such as “Max Mustermann”, “M-MU 123 E” or the registration numbers and vehicle identification numbers shown in our examples — and not a real document; it shows neither real people nor real vehicles. The icons used come from the Lucide icon library (ISC licence).
