Autofill your own PDF forms from a German vehicle registration
Fahrzeugschein24 fills in your own PDF form with the details from a German vehicle registration certificate — the Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I, usually called the Fahrzeugschein. That could be your workshop job card, an assignment of claim or a handover record. You send the blank form once, and Fahrzeugschein24 sets it up for you. From then on, you upload a registration document and get your form back, filled in.

Questions about the filled PDF
Does my form have to be a fillable PDF?
No, an ordinary PDF is enough. Scanned paper forms and PDFs protected by a password or locked against editing are not suitable. We check whether your form works when we set it up.
Which details are filled in?
The details from the registration document that your form asks for — usually the keeper's name and address, the make and model, the KBA number (HSN/TSN), the VIN, the plate and the first registration. The list of every field shows what is possible. The signature, date and prices stay blank.
What goes into the form if the keeper and the customer are different people?
The keeper, exactly as shown on the registration document. If your customer or the policyholder is someone else, simply change the name in the PDF.
Can I still change the filled-in PDF?
Yes, the PDF stays editable. You can correct details and add anything missing before you print or send it.
Can I get just the data instead of the PDF?
Yes. In the browser, you choose this before uploading, and your browser remembers the choice until you change it. If your software is connected, it can be set for each registration document separately.
Can I download a filled-in PDF again later?
Yes, for 30 days, in your account under “Extractions”. After that, it is no longer possible, because the details are deleted automatically. If you need the PDF for longer, keep a copy of your own.
Can I use more than one form?
We set up one form per account. It can have up to 20 pages and be up to 5 MB in size, so a job card and its assignment of claim can go together in one file.
