Is a phone photo enough, or do I need a scan?
A phone photo is enough as long as the document is fully visible and legible. Skewed, rotated or dark captures are straightened and cleaned up first. JPEG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, TIFF, BMP and WebP are accepted.
What does it cost to read vehicle registrations?
The free plan stays free and covers 15 extractions a month, with no call and no payment details. Above that, plans start at 19 euros net per month; every tier is listed under pricing.
Are my documents stored?
No. Processing runs on servers in Germany and stays inside the EU; uploaded documents are processed only for the duration of the request. Details are on the security page.
Do you detect edited or re-submitted documents?
From the Business plan up, a check for irregularities runs alongside: signs of editing, contradictory entries, and documents that have been submitted before. It is an indication for your own review, not an official authenticity ruling.
