Pricing and plans: common questions

What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?

On the paid plans processing continues; every extraction above the quota appears on the next invoice at your own plan rate. On the Free plan it pauses until the monthly quota starts again.

Can I switch plans in the middle of a month?

Yes, a switch is possible at any time: send us a short message with the volume you expect. The new plan applies from the switch, and we tell you beforehand how the current month is invoiced.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?

No. There is no setup fee and no minimum term beyond the current billing month; billing is monthly. If you cancel, your plan stays usable until the end of the period already paid for — and the Free plan never needs payment details in the first place.

Do unused extractions roll over to the next month?

No. The quota covers one month and starts again afterwards, so unused extractions expire. If your volume swings a lot, the smaller plan with per-extraction billing on top usually works out cheaper than paying for a quota you do not use. Everything else is answered in the frequently asked questions.

Do the plans differ in what is read?

No. Reading a German vehicle registration returns the same 65 fields on every plan, each with a confidence score. The plans differ in the monthly quota, the price per further extraction, the number of webhooks and requests per minute, and fraud detection.

Which plans include fraud detection?

Business, Scale and Enterprise — there also over the API. Fraud detection is an indication for your own review, not an official authenticity ruling.

Do I need payment details for the Free plan?

No. The Free plan stays free, covers 15 extractions a month and needs no payment details. Once they are used up it pauses until the next month, so a trial never turns into an invoice.

Are the prices net?

Yes. All prices shown are net; statutory VAT is added on top. Billing is monthly.
